Find.UK is a classified advertising directory only. We do not arrange bookings, handle payments, or direct your work. You are an independent business responsible for legal compliance.
Eligibility
- 18+ with lawful right to work in the UK (if applicable).
- Accurate profile information; update promptly when details change.
Prohibited content & services
No content that is illegal, non‑consensual, involves minors, or implies controlled/third‑party coercion. No offers that would cause us to arrange or control sexual services.
Verification
Optional: participate in the Vetting Service pilot. Verification is non‑sexual and never a condition for basic listing.
Fees
Listing fees are as published. Consumer subscription rights may apply to certain paid features offered to consumers; see Terms.
Reviews & disputes
We may host factual, non‑salacious reviews. See our Reviews & Moderation Policy and Defamation Notice & Takedown.
Compliance
- Comply with UK law (including Sexual Offences Act 2003, Online Safety Act 2023, consumer and advertising rules).
- No quid‑pro‑quo, gifts or inducements to staff/volunteers (see Bribery, Gifts & Conflicts).
Image & Media Content Standards — Sexually Explicit Content Prohibited
Scope. This section applies to all images and media you upload to or display on the Platform, including profile photos, galleries, thumbnails and embedded or linked media (“Image Content”).
Prohibitions
You must not upload, display or link to Image Content that is sexually explicit. Without limitation, “sexually explicit” includes any Image Content that:
- Explicit nudity: exposes the genitals, pubic area or anus; or exposes the areola or nipple of any breast.
- Sexual activity: depicts any person engaged in actual or simulated sexual activity (including, without limitation, masturbation, oral sex, vaginal or anal intercourse, or the use of sex toys).
- See‑through or focus on genital area: uses transparent/see‑through garments, body stockings or similar such that anatomical details of the genitals, pubic area, anus or the areola/nipple of any breast are visible; or consists of close‑up imagery that is primarily focused on the genital or anal region.
- Sexual fluids or fetish depictions that reasonably risk offence or breach applicable advertising/hosting standards.
Limited allowance for implied nudity
Implied nudity is permitted only where the genitals, pubic area, anus and breast areolae/nipples are fully covered by opaque clothing or effective blurring/pixelation and no sexual activity is shown.
Enforcement
- We may reject, crop, blur, watermark, or remove Image Content at our discretion to meet legal and policy requirements.
- Repeated or serious breach may result in suspension or termination of your listing and removal of content without refund.
- Illegal content (including any content involving persons under 18 or non‑consensual activity) will be removed and may be referred to the appropriate authorities.
We are the final arbiter of compliance with these Image & Media Content Standards.
